i have just backed up a ps2 game useing clonyxxl and cdclone and it copied fine but have not played it on a ps 2 as it is not modchipped yet but i have heard that when backing up a ps2 game it has to be done through a dvd cdrom drive is this true thanxxx for any info guys
If the game is on DVD then you're need a DVD-ROM to even read it. If it's on a CD just any CDROM will do. Most newer games are almost all on DVD. I think the CD games have a blue bottom while DVD games are silver.
