Before I buy does anyone use this program to burn movies? I use Shrink to rip and would like to try this program to burn with. Any information will be appricated
If you are using Shrink, why not just use DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn to burn your backups, they are free? I have not used this program but it looks like it allows you to burn to CD, is this why you want it? The price seems kind of high, forty bucks. For that amount of money you can add ten to twenty more and get AnyDVD and CloneDVD much better and reputable programs. Just my two cents
Arniebear, Thank you, I have AnyDVD now, tried to purchase CloneDVD but they seem to only want to sell a package of both so have hesitated until I can get more information on this. I have tried DVD Decrypter a few times but always have problems with it accepting my Nec 3520 burner along with a few other problems.
You can buy CloneDVD by its lonesome, by just unchecking the other boxes on the purchase page, it is 40.00.
Arniebear, Thanks that worked out fine for $39.00. I now have it installed, just reading how to use it. Had a movie in Shrink, put it in Clone and it did fine.
Here are some nice guides for Clone and AnyDVD http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/BACKUP WITH CLONEDVD&ANYDVD.pdf http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/1FOR1 BACKUP CLONEDVD&ANYDVD.pdf The second one shows you how to use the scissor feature to edit. I use it to split TV episodal disks and retain the functional menu on each.
Arniebear, Thank you for the sites on CloneDVD with bbmayo. Sure is a lot of information on many guides, very useful. Can you tell me how when I click help in CloneDVD, in order to read the manual it is way off the screen. Is there a way to shorten it up to one page? Hope I am not confusing you to much.
