Purchased DVD copying software from www.dvd-copying-pro (The link takes you to DVD Energy)

Their ad said their software would copy any dvd (even copy protected)
the product failed to copy the first two DVDs that I tried.

Numerous emails have gone unanswered. I feel ripped off and suggest anyone avoid this product.

Their "software" consisted of instructions to download "Dvdshrink and Imageburn, both available for free right here. I'm out the purchase price apparently. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE DVDENERGY IS A RIP OFF SITE. If I am able to obtain a refund I will return here and inform all.

forgot to mention the ads appear here on afterdawn at the top of the web page and in the forums under both addresses. www.dvdenergy.com and dvd-copying-pro.com.

    Look!!
maybe I'm naieve, what's wrong with that? the real world situation is just what it is and I acknowledge that.

maybe It's me, Okay I accept that, but I take your comment to mean that I'm at fault here.(at least partially)
Sometimes you just need something NOW.
When I spend my money I expect the product to do what it says without having to do a lot of research.
I made my bed. I'll suffer the consequences, but low life scum should not be able to make a dishonest living with these techniques.

One of the reasons I posted is so others (doing their homework} would be warned.

Hey there, jmickeye; welcome to After Dawn. Maybe some of the guys can help you out. I'd rewrite your thread asking if anyone can help you out with this software and place it in the DVD+R for Newbies forum (if you're new at it) and ask the mods to close this one. I know you're ticked off but there are a lot of guys there who could probably help you out getting this one to work right if you're stuck with it.

I appreciate your time and input, but the simple truth of the matter is that I recieved for my money a file instructing me to download
two files which I already had.(both available on this site for free)
    The files were:
    dvdshrink and imageburn.

If these files did what I needed there'd be no reason to go and pay $25.00 for anything else.

I feel this is deceptive, dishonest and lots of other expletives I would not say in public.
Aside from this, The ad says their package will copy ANY DVD even the copy protected. Also 100% guaranteed.

I have since purchased from another vendor and there was no deception and the software performs as promised.
At this point all I want is my money back and to caution anyone from doing business with dvd energy.

Like I said your comments are appreciated, but unless someone can help with a refund then i guess they can't help. At least I got the software I wanted: DVDXGOLD Pro from free2dvd.com $19.95 and well worth it. Decent folks.
