Are these on DVD now? You ask a question with a possibly involved answer, or a simple answer. Won't know which without more info on what you are trying to accomplish, what you have to work with, etc.

Wow, one per disc? You can certainly use Shrink in re-author mode to do this, but you lose your dvd navigation. That's probably the easiest way though if you're new.

How long are the episodes? You might be able to accomplish this but you will lose some quality. This will take some work on your end. Do a search on this site and google for converting DVD to MPEG/AVI. After your conversions, you then should be able to burn those files using your DVD authoring software.

It's easy to do with Shrink. Rip two episodes to your HD. Launch Shrink, and choose "re-atuhor". Now browse to the first episode and drag title one over to the "Re-authored DVD" side of Shrink. Now browse to the second episode and drag it over. Now you are ready to hit "backup!". This will shrink your episodes to fit, and create a new video_ts, or a new ISO that can be burned with either Nero or DVD Decrypter or other burning apps depending on what you have.

How did you copy them to your computer? You put the episodes on your hard drive using DVD Shrink.

when you tell your program to look for the files make sure that you choose to search for all files in the drop down box. You know, like search fro txt files, html files, so on and so on. try that out.

I'm also curious about how you copied them over. Shouldn't matter how you do it, but you need to copy each episodes video_ts to your HD. DVD Decrypter can do this quickly, hell you can windows explorer to copy them over since they are unprotected.
I've never had or heard of this problem myself, but I am willing to bet a simple mistake is the cause.
