what can i do to print out dvd covers the correct sizes tried coverwhiz but always leaves me an inch off each side off the cover?

Can somebody please in inches and pixels list the exact measurement needed to print a perfect full dvd cover. I just need the sizes and pixels sizes so I can lock them into photoshop and start working on a ton of covers. Thank and much appreciated.
I use this utility. I tried the size thing with covers too with my photo editing program and it just became more of a hassle than anything. I found this software and never had another problem again. Has an auto resize. Just go to cdcovers.cc and download your cover to your pc. Then browse to it and import it to the template. Print it. Done. http://www.cdstomper.com/downloads/downloads_cnd.html
