I have a Samsung SH-W08A DVD Burner, using Memorex DVD+R media. I am trying to burn a data dvd using Nero 6 Enterprise. It burns the dvd sucessfully, but when I use the burner to read the dvd, nothing shows up. Any suggestions?

I have checked the face of the DVD. It shows that something was burned to it and Nero says that the files were burned successfully. But when I close Nero and open the drive, there is nothing there. It also says there is no available bytes.

I checked your burner at Videohelp.com. It seems to be very picky about which media it likes. Most owners are not happy with it. They claim it is a Toshiba burner re-named. A firmware update seems to help sometimes.
If you want to check the information, go to this site and type in your model in the search block.

Thank you both. I have just updated the firmware. I am going to try both suggestions and let you know how they work.
