dvd decrypt troubles

    lately when i am backing up a dvd with decrypt it will either say its writing and stay at 0% or it will start writing then the rate will drop to 0 and it just hangs....ive not had this [problem until recently and its pissin me off because i am losing lots of dvds trying and then cursing...any info or help would be greatly appreciated...
