Is there any other programs needed to copy DVD's other than DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink?

I was about to print off the guide for both and start using them to burn my DVD's.

I also see that DVD Decrypter is not updated anymore and will not work on some DVD's....in this case will DVD43 work in it's place?

I really can't afford to purchase any software right now so I am looking for freeware to do the whole job.....is this possible?

I have not found a DVD that Decrypter has not been able to rip yet, it still works fine. Yes these two programs are all you need. You can also dl DVD43 and run it in the background with Shrink. There are those who have had good luck running it with Decrypter, but as I stated I have had no need for it yet. You can also dl DVDFabDecrypter this will also rip the newer protection and it is also free. Available at http://www.filepedia.com

What error? Try cleaning your disk it could be scratched, smudged, dirty. Or it is a bad press and imperfect, in which case you will need to return it and get another original.

I guess I should have been more specific. I tried with the decrypt it before shrink and vice versa. The error is as follows:
DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
    Failed to read "E:\"
    Invalid access to memory location.

or I get this one as well
DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
    programming error - exception occurred

This is the same error even after I run it through the decryptor.
    Thanks
