I see how you guys helped out the other guy so here goes. I have been using dvd decrypter 3.5.4 for about 3 weeks with no trouble. One day I go to "backup" a dvd. I use dvd decrypter to rip it, no problem. I use dvd shrink to take out all the extra crap, still all good. Then like always, I try to burn using the dvd decrypter and it gets to about 50 seconds on the time elapsed and it throws up an error message I/O Error! device:[1:0:0] HL-DT-ST-DVD-RW GWA-4082n CG03 (E(ATA) ScsiStatus: 0x02 Interpretation: Check Condition CDB: 2A 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 20 00 Interpretation: Write (10)- Sectors:0-31 Sense Area: 71 00 03 00 00 00 00 10 3C 30 00 0C 02 00 00 00 00 00.... Interpretation: No Seek Complete It has a retry and cancel button. Cancel cancels it...obviously. Retry brings up another error message I/O Error! device:[1:0:0] HL-DT-ST-DVD-RW GWA-4082n CG03 (E(ATA) ScsiStatus: 0x02 Interpretation: Check Condition CDB: 2A 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 20 00 Interpretation: Write (10)- Sectors:0-31 Sense Area: 71 00 05 00 00 00 10 2A 00 00 0C 30 05 00 02 00 00.... Interpretation: Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format I'm using the same discs that i've been using. Nothing's changed. This happens in both write and test modes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times, tried updating firmware, but it says the specified string could not be found. This happens when I go to the website listed above about firmware. Can anyone help me with this? This is very frustrating.
DVD Decrypter has not been updated in some time now. DVD FAB HD Decrypter however, is a freeware App that IS updated and the basic version is FREE... GET IT HERE.
whats up. seems like yall have alot of answers bout these things. my computer was stolen (i still have dvd decrypter and dvd shrink on a xternal hard drive) when i got another computer i had put the programs on there but it dont work. my computer dont want to reconize iso files. i tryed burnin a movie that i had backup b4 and it work but if i try the orignal it dont work. i uninstalled them and installed them over and over again i also try updatein them but it still dont want to work. can yall help me.
