dvd decrypter error

    I have been trying to make a back up and it keeps displaying the same error
    I/O error
    scsi status
    interpretation:condition check
    cdb2800000a1b6000000100
    interpretation: read(10)-sector662368

    interpretation: no seek complete

    Any ideas? I have cleaned the disc and tried it 3 times with the same error.

    its saying it does not like the media uded! 99% of the time that is!
