Hi guys total noob question. I have ripped a GTA San Andreas disc i own to an ISO file using DVD Decrypter but it also came with a MDS file. I'm just wondering what this is and when i transfer it over to my hard drive do i add that MDS files with it? Any help would be great thanks.
An MDS is an information file that describes the formatting of a CD or DVD. It includes header information, which defines the tracks on the disk and the way the data is organized. MDS files are recorded by disk imaging programs and recognized by standard CD and DVD players
@Kane1562 you'll find this site helpful as well as for getting ps2 iso's,tho not all as some are still copyrighted http://www.theisozone.com/ You won't need to transfer the file you mention as the iso is all that's required.I assume when you say transfer you mean to the ps2 hard drive to play with opl or whatever game launcher & your ps2 is modded
