    Hi!

I had everything working fine and copied a few movies with no problems. Now for some reason when I put my blank DVD in my DVD drive to copy the movie it's not finding it. How do I correct this?

Go into the Control Panel to the Add Remove programs folder. Delete Decrypter. Then go into the Windows ->Programs folder and delete any remnants left in the Decrypter folder if there are any. Then reboot and install Decrypter over again. Normally that will solve the problem without a lot of time consuming diagnosis. If the problem persists, you've only lost a few minutes and know installation isn't the problem. From there you'd have to start looking for software interference and/or an interface problem.

Just in case you didn't read the manual, when you put in a blank for a "burn", you have to switch to the ISO Write mode to do the copy. If you're doing the copy where DVDD is a supported burner, that may not be necessary. With Shrink, it uses Decrypter automatically when set to burn with it, you don't have to manually set Decrypter to the ISO Write mode.

is the message media not present(drive not recognizing your blanks) or does it just not list your drive in the dropbox(listen to brobear) you are trying to write the iso right?

If Decrypter was being used to copy with a blank, I was assuming that was using the blank with the intent to burn. Decrypter only burns in ISO. Manually the Decrypter has to be set to ISO Write under Mode. As I noted above, Shrink supports Decrypter as a burner and operates it automatically. Just remember the next time you go to use Decrypter as a ripper, you need to reset it to the read mode you use.
