dvd decrypter problem

    Hey everyone, I'm new to this so bear with me. When I put in a blank dvd, dvd decrypter gives me an error saying, device not ready (no reference position found). What does this mean, and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Can you be a little more specific, what are you attempting to do in DVD Decrypter?

    I downloaded a rugby game, converted the file to dvd using avi2dvd. Then i open dvd decrypter, select the file, put in a blank dvd, but it tells me "no reference position found"

    I suggest you "uninstall" DVD Decrypter, then reinstall it back on again. Now reboot your computer and try to run DVD Decrypter again.
