Alright, here's my problem. I'm trying to rip a DVD to editable video files on an XP machine. I figured out that DVD Decrypter rips the VOB files which you can rename and convert to an MPEG file. I have two PC's, both with DVD Decrypter, one with no video card. The one with no video card rips the files fine, but when I play them back, they're so choppy that it's pointless. The one with a video card plays back the files fine video-wise, but there's no audio. In the second scenario, I used an audio ripper to take off the audio and recombine it in Premiere Pro, but this is very time consuming.

    Here are my questions:
Can I just move the video card from one PC to the next and fix the playback problem on the PC with no sound issue?

    or

Why is one PC playing back with sound but the other not?
