DVD Decrypter starts frozen

Can someone help me please I have been running DVD Decryper for almost a year, but now it won't run it alway'starts up frozen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck same problem, It always ran great and now all of a sudden it won't run. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Please I miss this program badly and need it.

 

all u have to unistall it delete it from your computer then download it again and it will work.

 

Not to be a smart ass but if you read my post you well know that I tried the download and reinstall and it did not work.

yes I did download it again infact from 2 different places and it still starts frozen.

 

Hi Mauijoe,
If you having problems with the program installation , you may find the original install has left entries in your registry and quick check with a reg cleaner would show up any leftovers in your system . Then delete them and run the installation again .
