I have been getting read errors when trying to make copies of a back up DVD. I used to be able to do this but all of a sudden I'm getting read errors from DVD Decrypter. I don't know if I changed a setting unknowingly. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Generally you will get More read errors in a Copied DVD than a Retail DVD because Copied DVD"s are Just More Prone to Errors especially when useing Cheaper Media....

I have been able to Rip some Dammaged DVD"s after Cleaning the Lazer in my DVD Drive which might be something you Might try or if you have 2 DVD Drives try ripping with the Other Drive...You can also Just either Ignore the errors or Fill the Bad Data with Zero"s....

Actually I got a Bit mixed up there...It is a program called "DVD X Repair" that will give you the Option to fill the Bad data with Zero"s but DVD Decryptor will give you the option to Ignore the errors.....
