DVDFab HD Decrypter isn't the same program as the old DVD Decrypter.

DVD Decrypter ceased development years ago.

If you want to burn the disk from within DVD shrink you can try Version 3.2 of DVD Shrink which can use ImgBurn for burning.

ImgBurn is strictly a burning program that was developed by the creator of the old DVD Decrypter program.

Also note that Windows 7 introduced further security restrictions on Users and calling another program from inside another may be a problem.
