Look like there is a problem w/ the media you are using. What is the blank media used. D/L DVDinfo Pro (free) abd it will tell you who the real manuf of the disk is.

Below is your error: Media code/Manufacturer ID CMC MAG. AE1 That really is inferior blank media. 00000010 88 9A 80 00 03 43 4D 43 20 4D 41 00 04 47 2E 20 .....CMC MA..G. Try Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden
@boogerfac I highly recommend using the Mode, File F to rip/decrypt to your hard drive - it's more safer and more likely to have a successfully ripped. Please check the following "settings" on your DVD Decrypter: at CSS [tick or check] on Brute Force --> I/O key exchange On Failure: use key from another file: Yes? at I/O [tick or check] on Ignore read errors at General [tick or check] on Remove Macrovision Protection at Removal Method: Aggressive at "ISO Read Mode" and "File Mode" [tick or check] on all of the Remove Protections Now try it again with another high quality media such as Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim (id code: MCC003 & MCC004 only), Maxell and Ritek. Hopefully, this time you'll have a successful ripped. By the way, I believe you don't have a completed log. Below is an example of mine from a successfully ripped (I'm using Mode, File F method).
AHA INTRESTING..... Okay so I just bought a new 50 pack of maxell Dvd's they work no problems Thx for all your help
No problem... Maxell is top notch media, it's in the same class as the famous Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim. Now that you've learned the difference between crap media and high quality media, I assume that you'll stop buying them crap media in the future and keep in mind to always backup at 4X only.
