dvd drive working slow

    hi all

    had to reload my system and now my dvd drive only rips a 2x it has ripped as fast as 13x before the reload. im running win xp. will newer aspi drivers solve this problem? how do i remove the current ones that are there?

    Check drive settings and see if DMA is enabled...
