DVD Dual Layer Burning

I have tried using my Dual Layer Burner using DVD Shrink. When I try to play back the DVD in my player (a Phillips 880 DVDR) it will only play about half the DVD and will not play end chapters.

I have heard about the layer break is this the problem? How can I use my dual layer to do the job!!

Any advice will be welcome!

Shrink is not really the program to use if burning a dual layer. Use DVD Decrypter in iso read and then write mode you should have no problems I have done about 15 using this program and it has worked out great, good luck :~)

 

From what I have read on DVD Decrypter it only copies up to 4.7 gb I want to copy on a DVD-9 over this amount Is Decrypter ok for this?

 

Yes, Decrypter will copy right to your dual layer, you only worry about the 4.3g limit if using a single layer disk if the data is greater then use the dual layer.
