dvd duplicator

    recently i bought a dvd duplicator but it does not copy any copy protected movies movies, so i got a software called dvd cloner 1V but the unit does not accepts it it says the firmware is invalid, can some one inlighten me on this as iwant to copy my own movies for back up in case one of my movies get messed up thanks in advance.

    Duplicators are exactly what they say they are duplicating machines.If you wanted to back up your dvd's all you would need is a computer with a dvd burner and the software to do it.
    The duplicator can only burn a dvd that has no protection on it.And it can only burn 1 to however many drives the duplicator has. Just 1 movie or disc at a time.It sounds like you wasted your money on a duplicator, instead of getting a burner.
