Dvd editing

    I would like to take clips from a DvD fit them together with other clips, edit (add commentry or music) and burn the finished item back on to DvD, is this possible and what software do i need to achieve this hopefully free download.
    Thanks for any advice.

    free = dvd fab decrypter to take out encryption and dvd shrink to chop out bits of dvd

    a free editor im not sure?
