when using my capture card lately i have been experiencing black outs. I have check all of my settings and they have been the same since day one (ntsc). I use about 4 programs that have the ablility to capture but i dont run them at the sametime. After my card blacks out i have to uninstall the drivers and re-install to get it to work again. anyone had this happen befor? ps i even switch pci slots there where no IRQ conflicts
