DVD Fab Platinum copyright error

    I just recently upgraded from my DVDFab Gold to the new DVDFab Platinum. I have never had any problems copying my DVD's before but now that I paid to upgrade it to platinum, I am getting an error message. I just tried to copy a DVD and got a message saying cannot copy, css protection. Is there anyway to still copy it?

    You downloaded the wrong version. You need to download from the DVDFab.com site. Not the .net site.

    How do I correct it now? Where do I download the correct version?
