DVD import to Pinnacle Studio Plus v 9.3.3 a problem

    DVD import problem
    I am trying to import a DVD into my pinnacle editing software.
    It is a DVD which I made myself of various videos. It plays fine on my PC and on my DVD player at the TV. We use the PAL system. I am in south Africa.
    I choose to save it to My videos. No go.
    Any help please.

    Try converting it to mpeg or avi then open it in pinn studio
