DVD is blank after I burn

    I am not sure what is going on here, but it seems that no matter what I try to burn or on what type of dvd I use my pc always says it is blank when i try to open. I can take the same disk to any other pc and it opens fine. This happens with DVD-RW's, DVD-R's and +R's. I have tried Nero and Xilisoft. I own both programs, they are not illegal, I am also just trying to burn stuff like photos or music from my own pc. Nothing pirated. Oh, and I also have Sonic, but it now says "no Drive detected" if I try to use it.

    For Video use Blanks DVD's (+R,-R, RW, DL,ets)

    For Music or Pictures Use Blanks CD's
