I burn a preformatted DVD, when i play it on TV 2/3 of the screen is on the left hand side, 1/3 is on the right hand side, audio works great.. This is because you are burning an svcd screen size to a dvd. In tmpeg change the resolution to 720x480 or 640x480. Hope this helps.
I can't help, but I believe I'm having the same problem myself. I'm using DVD-Lab and I burned it and noticed there was parts cut off from each side, not sure how much exactly. But if anybody has an answer to this, I also posted below on "I'm New ... This is what I want ... somebody help me out" Check it out please.
