    Hi all,

    Please can someone help me.

I have downloaded an old gig from the 80s. It is in two parts. I am using VSO to DVD to convert them and then Nero v6 to burn them.

The files are perfect on my computer, the audio exactly where it should be with the picture, but once I have converted and burnt the files the audio is about 30seconds ahead.

This has never happened with anything i've converted before and is very frustrating.

Has anyone got any ideas to how I can fix this (or what I may have done wrong).

Any help would be much appretiated.

    Thanks in advance.

Check the frames per second (fps)on the original and the converted files to see what they are. You can look at the files in Nero Recode.

    Hi saltgrass,

I tried going into Nero Recode, but it says my license doesn't permit me to use Recode.

    Any ideas?

If you have NeroVision, add the file to the timeline window files and hold the mouse over it.

What might be happening is a non-standard fps being converted to a 29.97 fps may be causing the audio out of sync.
