Okay, I'm pretty new to burning DL disks, but I'm currently trying to burn a tv seies to a DL dvd so I can fit 4 episodes per disks.

I'm using DVD-lab pro to make all the menus and movies, all the disks I've burned so far have been great except for the fact that it will only play 2 or 3 episodes on the disk, trying to play the rest will just reload the main menu screen.

I've only just leaned about setting layer breaks, I figured that the burning program would do this kinda thing automatically. I've just burned my first dvd by setting the layer break in DVD-lab, but I get the exact same results.

I compile the dvd to disk, then I set the layer break, then I burn to dvd using the burner in DVD-lab.

    What am I doing wrong?

Don't use DVDLab's burner, as it's not terribly reliable.

I get the same result no matter which burning software I use.

I've just tried burning another disc with 4 episodes of a TV show, each as a different movie in DVD-lab and each has a different link to that movie from the menu.

The first two play perfectly, but the last two don't. I've tried setting a layer break, i've tried leaving it with nothing.

I've tried burning with Nero, PowerProducer and DVD-lab.
