I am looking for the best software, preferably free, to keep track of my dvd library. Looking to track by title, genre, year, stars. etc. What software does everybody use?
XBMC should do everything you're looking for and then some; plus it's free. Here's the link. www.xmbc.org EDIT: I'm assuming that you're talking about a DVD collection that is on a computer or some other storage device. If you're talking about a physical DVD collection and you're looking for more of an excel spreadsheet type of program, then xbmc isn't the answer for you.
