Is there a program that I can use to edit a dvd movie. Like cut out and split different scenes within the movie.

I tried using dvd shrink it allows you to cut and split different scenes in the movie but it also at the same time divides the movie into seperate titles.

Is there a program I can use to edit a movie without spliting it into seperate titles just keep it on the one title.

    Thanks

Do you want to save the final output as a DVD or a different video format?

videoredotvsuite is the "cadillac" of dvd editors. That's is what I use to edit my dvd's, I use it to turn r-rated movies to pg-13. It can edit with minimal reencoding, the finish quality is usually as good as the original.

If you want to cut out scenes, add different clips, transitions, titles, second audio tracks a better editor will be "womble mpeg video wizard dvd 4.0" . It can do what videoredotvsuite but the preview screen isn't as easy to use as videoredo.

These are the only software I use because they are much faster than the other software that have to reencode the whole movie.
