Ok this is what you should do 1. download dvdx 2.Decompress it using winrar(if its compressed) and make sure the folder with the files in it is called dvdx 2.FTP it to yours apps folder (in /e or /f if you have an upgraded HDD) if you dont have an apps folder make one 3.now on your evox.ini where it says DVDPlayer you will see"c:\xboxdash.xbe" next to it change it to "e:\apps\dvdx\default.xbe" (or f:/ if you have upgarded HDD) OK now when you shove a DVD movie disc in after it loads just select play dvd and it will automatically load dvdx
