I have a chip modded xbox and I am running evox. for some reason I am unable to play movies on my xbox now. can anyone help?
Hi What movie applications have you got installed?I've got an evox dashboard and i run dvd dongle free multi region player for watching movies(uses the controller as the remote)-you have to open the application first to get the movie to work,otherwise it will just keep trying to find the disc and looping back to the dashboard.
I have dvdx2. I also have the remote kit. Unfortunately I am unable to get back to the M$dash to just run it from there. If you know how to get the msdash back that would be a great help or explain why the dvdx2 just boots back to the dash
use dongle free multiregion dvd player and you should be able to watch movie also you should still be able to access your default dashboard unless its corrupt in which case you need to reinstall it.
you should be able to access ms dashboard via your evox dashboard,like xboxdevil said,it may be corrupt, Have you chipped the console yourself and installed the applications or have you had it done?and has this problem happened ever since you had it done or just recently? It may pay you to re-install it and install dvd dongle free multi-region player.
