DVD not running, requesting for decorder?

Hi I just bought a second hand laptop, everytime i try to play a DVD it says decoder error, how do i solve this problem, pls help thanks

 

What program are you trying to run the dvd with?

and have you a dvd decoder installed on your laptop?


sounds like you have'nt got a dvd decoder installed on yor laptop,

Browse the internet to download a decoder or player if one is not present.
