I am new to the art of copying/backing up my DVD's and I cannot seem to figure out a few issues that I have with regards to 2 things and was hoping that someone may be able to help show me the way.

I am using the programs DVDDecrypter to create an image on my PC, Daemon tools to mount the image and then Intervideo DVDCopy 4 to burn my DVDs.

1 I have tried to back up "Madagascar" but once I load my image that DVDDecrypter has created using Daemon I get a computer spec file load up some sort of autorun on the iamge. Once i close this down and then try to run Intervideo the program just hangs and stops responding and so I cannot burn the image? Can anyone help?

2 Is there a way or program that will remove the physical protection that is on some of the newer DVDs? DVDDecrypter see's the protection and inserts "dummy sectors" which is good but can they be removed and allow the DVD created to be played correctly and without gaps?

I really am a novice so please help if you can.

    Thanks
