hi guys! I have this problem and i'm not sure whats causing it. When I'm playing a movie that i burned after about half an hour it starts to pixalate stutter and finally freezes. i'll take it out clean it and it will play again for about five minutes then same thing happens again! If i take it out put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes, stick it back in the player and it will play again for about another five minutes. So it seems to have something to do with heat. any ideas? not all my disk do this. this disk was sony.

If you are using paper labels on your burnt DVDs try removing them - will probably make a big difference

Paper labels can unbalance the disk or cause bubbling due to heat effects - the majority of members on these forums would recommend the non use or removal of labels.

Try removing the labels and see how the disk plays - you may be surprised.
