Dvd Playback?

    Hi,

    I have a ver 1.6 xbox that has been softmodded and the default dash is XBMC. My trouble is that during DVD playback I get stuttering of the video around 1 - 1.5 hrs into it, it happens almost with every dvd movie. My question is can I have the default DVD player be the one MS supplied when my xbox was unmodded, I never had that problem until I modded? I've been told that you can direct XBMC to use the original dvd player by editing the XML, has anyone tried this with a softmodded xbox?

    I have a program called Dongle free DVD player. Works like a champ.
