dvd player doesnt play my dvd-r

    my toshiba SD310v player does not play my dvd-r that I burned using nero. I called toshiba and they said that it should work but asked if I had finalized or protected the disc after I finished burning it? they said that toshiba will not play it if i have not finalized or protected the burn? Any ideas or is it just being picky on my brand of media? I didnt see any option to finalize or protect when I finishe burning.

    Post a Nero burn log and someone will take a look at it.

    Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

    Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.txt

    Have any DVDs worked that you burned with Nero on that DVD player?
    You might try IMG burn and see if that works better for you, but it is only a burn utility so it will not decrypt or encode.
