So basically I was converting my AVI file to .ifo by using WinAVI. Then I used "Folder2ISO" to convert the .ifo file to .iso file. With that done, I used the DVD Decrypter program to to write the .iso file. I finished burning the disc and tried to on my computer. It worked fine, but when I put it in my DVD player, it didn't work. Please someone respond with a solution. Thank You. By the way im using a DVD+R CD to burn.
try booktyping the DVD+R to DVD-ROM for playback compatibility using good media like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim burning no faster than 8x. also make sure your DVD player supports/plays back the files you backed up. you may need a different DVD player or take the DVD to Best Buy and try different DVD players to see if one works
