A while ago I installed creator 8 and it went online everytime I wanted to do something with it, that and crippling my pioneer burner, I had to restore my system to get the dvd bruner back. Well I am not sure what transpired but I am crippled again. The burner gets a sense 04 asc:44 ascq: d9 (command 2a) px.dll 2.7.33.500 just like when roxio crippled the drive about a year ago, since then it has been working. I run windows xp/sp2, pioneer dvr-108 version 1.10 (and all firmware upgrades can't find the drive even from pioneer) and this elusive px.dll issue is beyong my grasp. Anyone with any ideas?
ALso nero reports 4 error burnphase messages when trying to burn and sonic reports sense 04 asc:44 ascq:d9 (command 2a), px.dll 2.7.33.500 The error also impedes my other external dvd burners and clonedvd2 fails with a writedvd 10 11 vol2 message. Whats going on with this monthly crippling effect?, what software package short of MS could be spiking my dvd burners?
