    erm ok, however you started this thread in the dvd-rom forum where you won't get much DVD burning done.

    thread teleported to relevant forum

    Leet language search (leet) on wikipedia. mmorpg gamers like me use it all the time
    1337 = leet

    57e14r20 = stelar20
    5=s 7=t e=e 1=l 4=A 20

    like n00b two zeros for o's

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    any ways here it is
    samsung dvd-+rw duallayer writemaster TS-H552
    i removesd sp2 and it works but when i install sp2 it goes bad again

    Ok well pardon me, I am not familiar with "leetspeak" as I'm English...Also I play MMORPG's and I don't use it all the time, only in game. It is a bad habit you are forming.

    Anyway, I would recommened trying to upgrade your firmware see if that stops any conflict between your drive and SP2 but there are three types of your drive, A, B and U. So download Nero Infotool and run that. It should give you more detail about your drive. Then get back to me.

    Also in Infotool it will tell you your firmware version, post that here as i will be bale to tell which version your drive is from the firmware.

    Ok, you might need to update the aspi drivers for your drive. I am not completey knowledgeable in that area so don't know how to do it rly.

    What is it?

    Get it here

    You can upgrade that if you don't allready have it.

    [bold]**You do this at your own risk**[/bold]
