DVD-R DL layer break

    Is there any way I can dictate the layer break for a DVD-R DL media? I want to set the layer break to a certain point before I burn it and I''m stuck with 25 DVD-R DL's instead of +R .... Is there any way around this?

    With ImgBurn it can be set manually:
    'Tools' > 'Settings' > 'Write' tab then 'Options' on the top right of the pane 'User Specified'

    -but don't ask me how to enter values.

    The setting applies until changed or the default 'Optimal' is selected.

    Yeah I know how to change that but it doesn't work for -R DL's. It says it can't change sector for this media.
    Is there any other way to do it.

    still no answer for this? So I take it this can't be done.
