DVD-R reading issues

    I backed up most of my movies, pictures, important files to dvd-r and for some reason no other dvd-rom or dvd burner is able to read it but mine...could it be the software(nero) i use or could it be the write speed i use 16x. My burner is a SAMSUNG Black 16X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 16X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 5X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2M Cache ATA/ATAPI DVD Burner With LightScribe. Please let me know what i can do thanks

    It very well could be that you burned at 16x
    Many players were made to read 2x 0r 8x etc. so its built in a way its not used to seeing. Try 8x discs with slower burns for better compatibility.
