I had a Full Movie in my HDD so i decided to make a backup to watch on my tv instead of here in the PC. I used Shrink But when i inserted the movie in my PS3 it said that there was an error with the PAL or something like that. That it was not supported. So i tried in my dvd player and the same error but it said something about the region. I checked the Shrink and the Region Free check mark was checked. What am i doing wrong ? What can i do ?

Burned disks don't have a Region, but you may have an issue with the video standard.
North America is NTSC; EU and Australasia are PAL.

You can check the movie by dragging one of the VOB files into GSpot.

    A PAL movie is 720x576 and 25fps
    NTSC is 720x480 and 29.97fps

    Here is an NTSC movie:

Does the GSPOT resize the files and change the movie to NTSC? Do i have to do it file by file or can i do it with the whole folder at once ?

It's used to indicate the codecs and video standard (PAL or NTSC) of video files - it doesn't make any changes.
