My dvdr04 hangs in the stop process of recording. After recording a movie, I can not get the movie to stop in order to finalize the recording. Any suggestions?
... Have you tried more than one brand (manufacturer) of DVD? .. Sometimes DVD recorders just don't get along with certain makes of discs ... Try a Japanese-made Sony or a Verbatim .. If the problem still persists maybe you need to check if your firmware is up to date or return the unit (if still under warranty) ...
i agree with catfreak usually down to bad media. Has it always done this from new? If it is a multi format DVD recorder try using the other format either + or - R.
