Hello, I wonder if someone can help me. I did search this forum but did not find enough information on the subject. I want to buy a DVD Recorder with Upconversion/HDMI output and DTS decoder. I was able to find one model, other than Samsung, a Toshiba D-R5 that has all the features I am looking for but I was unable to find but one review of it anywhere on the Net. Does anybody know this model or have you read anything about it? I thought it serves me for the time being until High Definition DVDs recorders become available and affordable; however, when I read about another Toshiba D-R4, I developed cold feet. This latter model has problems with refusing to record programs as if it is they are copy protected. I have no intention of doing that but record programs and movies off my satellite. Any help would be appreciated. Shan
