DVD Recorder

    I am a resident of India. I want to know if 1) A DVD recorder purchased at US which supports NTSC will play on my TV in India which is Philips 29 inches TV supporting S-Video and 2) whether i can record TV programmes to DVD using the recorder.

    psvsub- A qualified maybe ? If India broadcast in Ntsc & your TV is also Ntsc standard Then yes it should work ! Perhaps emailing the DVD Recorder manufacturer & Philips about this subject will be more helpful ! Good luck psvsub~!
