dvd recorders

    hi can u or any1 tell me if i record sumert on a dvd recorder why it wont be reconised on my comp, some 1 help plz

    Make sure you record in video mode and make sure you finalize the disk

    Not knowing what type of recorder you have,this is a guess.
    It should be among the options of.../edit/format/finalize/undo finalize.

    Hi PJ2310,
    bbmayo is right on the money.
    Not sure which DVD recorder you have but your manual should tell you how it should be done. If you don't get the option to finalize automatically after recording, try going into your menu and find finalize disc. You won't be able to record anything else to the disc after it has been finalized though.
