I don't know if this is the place to ask this, but I have a video clinic that will only be offered for 60 days online and then they will pull it and replace it with the next lessons. It's 30 hours worth and very technical. I need to copy it so I can replay it over and over. There is no way for me to know the format or if it matters. It doesn't need to be a super good quality, I just need to see the chart presentations and hear it well. Any ideas how to do this?

If you use FireFox, then try the live HTTP headers plugin. Should show everything your browser loads, then just download the video.
