I finally got DVD Rebuilder to work, kinda. After i start DVD Rebuilder and let it do its thing, i come to find that the file it has created is exactly the same size as the filee i ripped using DVD Decrypter. No compression or anything. I have done exactly what the guide says, except i am using CCE SP 2.5 and not the basic. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Please help me out. Thank you.
Metroid if you have the retail version of cce sp you don´t need eclcce, that only works with the trial Check this thread http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=46664 BTW the new version of dvd rebuilder was released today (0.60)
Actually you do need ECLCCE with the full version of 2.5 because it has no command line support otherwise. I'd try it with the latest version of DVD-RB to see what happens.

so metriod how did you get it to work with or without ECLCCE and did u get it recode without the logo
